CCBN investment data will be integrated into MSN Money, an online finance service from Microsoft. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Corporate conference call Webcasts (live and archived) and a calendar of earnings announcements will be among the CCBN content fed to MSN Money.
"The addition of an award-winning financial Web site such as MSN Money to our investor distribution network extends the global reach of our shareholder
communications services," said Rob Adler, CCBN president.
MSN Money joins more than 20 other financial sites, including Bloomberg.com, America Online, Yahoo! Finance and Forbes.com, that use CCBN data and
services.
"By aligning with an industry leader like CCBN, Microsoft delivers on its commitment to providing consumers with the most comprehensive personal finance service
on the Web," said Chris Jolley, a Microsoft spokesman.

Under that agreement, TheStreet.com users receive access to CCBN's company profiles, management bios, frequently asked questions, financial reports and
company presentations.
CCBN is privately held. It was founded in 1997 by Jeffrey P. Parker, creator of First Call, and Robert Adler.
