CyberSafe Corporation, a provider of e-security solutions and services, has promoted Rick Fox to President and Chief Operating Officer.
Fox previously served as CyberSafe Executive Vice President of Operations and CFO. John Rodriguez, CyberSafe Vice President of Finance will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.
The new President and COO joined CyberSafe in April 2000 from Wall Data where he was CFO and a member of the Board of Directors responsible for the company's finance, operations, and human resources activities.
Prior to Wall Data, Rick spent twenty-eight years with Ernst & Young, last serving as Managing Partner of the Seattle office.
