Jobs.com won't replace the Monster moniker, rather it will funnel traffic to it and other TMP properties such as FlipDog.com and newly introduced TriState JobMatch.
In fact , jobs.com received an average of 400,000 unique visitors in January and February, according to Media Metrix.
