Santa Monica, Calif.-based Fandango, which sells advance movie
tickets online and by phone and is testing print-at-home
ticketing, said that Bronfman's experience in the entertainment and
consumer products sectors "make him the ideal choice to help guide Fandango"
through a period of rapid growth.
Bronfman is currently CEO of Lexa Partners, a privately held management and
venture capital group based in New York City. During his 1994-2000 stint at
the helm of Seagram, Bronfman built a film studio, created the Universal
Music Group, and established Universal Theme Parks.
