We have a four page Word document which currently prints to standard paper (8.5 x 11). We would like to print it duplex to 11 x 17, so it would have two pages on the front, and two on the back, so that it would all fit on the one sheet and then we could simply "accordian" fold it.

Sep 6, 2008 For printing an 11x17 page on roygbiv, select Page Setup from the File menu. Click on the Format For button and change the printer selection

Go into Page Setup. Select the following options:
Margins Tab
Orientation - Landscape
Pages: Multiple Pages - 2 pages per sheet
Paper Tab
Paper Size - 11 x 17 (Width = 17, Height = 11)
Then, from the File menu, select Print and click on the Properties box. Select the following option:
Print on Both Sides (Duplex)" box
Select "Flip on Short Edge"
