I know we all have a promotion or special deal box but when I buy something and a week later find out it came out as a free item with something else I could have used it bothers me. I spend plenty of money with the company and feel I deserve heads up on package deals and sales with your distributors.

I agree with you and have my own issue with the Promotion Packages. I purchased two R921 combo kits this weekend and the store was out of the form to get the free 12 volt right angle impact driver. The offer on the box has a phone number to call if the store does not have the form and there is no expiration date on the offer on the box. When you call the redemption center at Ridgid they simply say the offer is expired. I would have expected more in the way of customer satisfaction than to advertise an offer without an expiration date and then when you try to use the offer they inform you by just saying sorry.
