Quantum subsidiary Snap Appliances(TM) this week announced the kickoff of a "Back to School Special" for the education market. Snap Appliances said it will offer e-coupons valid for 10 percent off the Snap Server(R) product line to educational institutions.
"While storage requirements for educational institutions are at an all time high, school IT budgets continue to shrink," said Jim Simon, director of channel marketing of Snap Appliances. "Snap Appliances' `Back to School Special' is being launched to help school IT managers find cost-effective solutions to meet their growing storage demands."
