Mine:
Iced Earth is one of my faves. They kinda lack some powerful solos, though it can be turned by powerful vocals.
Please don't answer like "I would change Jo Bros to Jo Sis" or any pathetic statements like that. Only about their music.
Sorry, but I need to repost. Thanks in advance.
Underoath- if they could write faster to releae songs quicker would be good!!!
Machinemade God - could use Sky Hoff's clean vocals more often!
Incubus.
Brandon needs to get uglier so I can focus on the music and not his beautiful biceps. Gulity as charged! Élan Vital:: William Arthur Ward said something similar: "If you can imagine it, you can .. Dirk Lance needs to come back. He was the jazzy side of Incubus that I miss so much. He's a beast on the bass.
In Flames- Return to classic melodic death metal. Change from high pitched growls to the lower ones from Jester Race and Whoracle. Everything else is pretty good from them though. I still like them now I just wish he'd change back.
He'd probably mess his vocal chords up if he did though...
One of my favourite bands, I always thought Metallica would be an even better band if they had a better drummer. Oh how I wish Dave Lombardo was Metallica's drummer instead of Lars. His insane drum skills and fills....Metallica would've been insane. They were still awesome though, but that's my only problem with them. Lars used to be quite good though, but no Lombardo.
not your fault bro that I type 4 paragraphs per answer but I so do hate that when I go to enter it and the question is deleted oh god does that send me to the ruuff so if you guys want to get under my skin that's the way to do it.
I said that I agree with the Iced Earth solos in a way but in a way I don't because that's like stating that Dave M. A. Smith of Iron Maiden could be better lead players and I think they are EPIC just the way they are I wouldn't change a thing so I see both sides.
Nevermore - my fave, I wouldn't change much other than they could have done a better job on the record Enemies of Reality, however the record The Godless Endeavor made up for that lacking in fact the song "The Final Product" and the intro arpeggio runs loomis does in "Psalm of Lydia" make up for its lacking period. on a personal note Jim Shepperd could get a better attitude he is a shady kind of scary character.
EDIT: oh dude its cool i understand I am just giving you sh** LOL
If I could improve one thing about a band it would be Motley Crue, the thing that I would improve is the song writing on their latest album. They always have the potential to have great songs, but it seems if they went back to the writing style on Feelgood or Shout, they could have tons of better songs.
I understand that Saints is their first work in quite a while, but I expect more from Nikki in the song department.
Guns n Roses-- I would definitely get back the old lineup. Axl Rose Slash Izzy Stradlin and Matt Sorum
I would change Green Day back into their mid-90's form
