I'm trying to connect 2 programs to one cool thing.
that is
[fast internet] > [sabnzbd , downloading a movie in rar format on a location] > [xmbc] = 'streaming tv'

To make the question simple:
Is it possible to play a rar file while the parts are still downloading.
Now I have to wait till 4GB is downloaded, but then I can start the movie direct.

Yes it's possible to do this, i yet never used it myself, but a colleague uses it all the time.
I read somewhere that this was broken in some of the ported versions?!?!?
