When I was little, i remember watching a show with a character that was a black and white cane(maybe umbrella) with big red lips. There were a couple other characters and they all lived underground and ate garbage? lol, that's all i remember. i think it was on cartoon network but it might have been nick, i've tried finding it, please help me get this question off of my mind???
