The Help and Support service terminated with the following error:

I have about 20 of my 55 PC's having this same error. Most of these
PC's are GHOST clones of one another, some work some don't, there is
nothing that I can see that is installed on these PC's that make one
more unique than the other
I've tried all the options below, and many variations of these, none seem to work

relation between this error and the System Restore Service.
