Im not exactly how it all works. I know you apply to college, get accepted, and attend for 4 years, but if you want to become any sort of doctor you then apply to medical school. Do you generally attend medical school at the same school you graduated from, or is it common to get your standard 4 years at one school and then go to a more reputed medical school at a different university? my sister and my cousin took up the same course in college - psychology, for 4 years, but in different schools. my sister took up medicine in the same school where she took up psych, while my cousin took up medicine in a different school than his college.. my sister is now a doctor while my cousin is still finishing med school. it takes about 8 years total, plus 1 year of studying for the licensure exam.. so i think you attending college then moving to a "more reputed medical school" is fine liver spots::
