I'm not quite sure why you've decided to reinforce the brand name of the magazine three times in the masthead though - the large font, the logo, and then the name again just underneath the logo. I would've gone for a non-textual logo if it was going to be included in the masthead - a textual one like that, I would be more inclined to put on the contents or the main editorial page of the magazine.
