This site is for learning Flash, not having games made for you. Had the original poster come here volunteering to do artwork for others, he would certainly have been treated more kindly. But he came here telling people to write an entire engine for him, leaving just the art for himself to make. He's not going to learn anything that way. Had he asked a more specific question, such as: "How to I make a character jump when I press the spacebar", he would have been helped, but he was expecting to have an entire game made for him.

the bg moves everything works fine but for some reason the bastard "moonwalks" all i need is for him to turn around i tried the _rotation but that didnt seem to work help mehhh!

I NEED.. I need.. I need... And the worse part about this is you mother _______ are actually giving into these guy's needs... He luckily made up for it somewhat by saying a tutorial... But how simple is it to do a search every so often.. or to do a little research on it.. It' general laziness and I MYSELF do not condone being a lazy ***.. There is no place for that and no reason.
Giving people code or answering their questions in a manner like this is not promotting intelligence.. It's promotting laziness.. And it's not helpful at all.. There was a reason why I responded the way I did in all my above statements and I stick firmly to that.
And.. I DID indeed show him AND TELL HIM in a rudimentary way how to post his stuff on the internet. If you would so kindly look. I agree that the flaming afterwards is a bit childish in a way, but make sure you watch yourself when you state things meaning towards everyone.

Nobody is just going to hand you code and say "here it is, all done" and that is that.. You have to try and figure it out yourself.. If you know a little bit of actionscript it really isn't that hard..
If you don't know that much actionscript then you should probably try out some of the other tutorials found here in kirupa before you even attemtp to tackle game programming. It is no afternoon walk in the park.

I agree with what Marz has said thus far and would like to make a few points of my own as well.
hojo, get the fruck off your high horse and stop the superiority trip. if you would stop kissing your own butt long enough to open your eyes you might see the true nature of the situation:
megaman was beign a jackarse. if you want the forum members to respect you then you should show them respect. and by posting his crap repeatedly instead of taking the time to actually put forth EFFORT into figuring out how to do something he wanted, he just came in looking for handouts. now certain people may see no problem with just spoon feeding the n00bs by handing them code, but most of the people here still believe in helping people who deserve it. and expecting others to do your work is not deserving it. the only thing that deserves is to be flamed and ridiculed for beign a sh!thead.

I can't just view that link man. You need an http protocol link or an ftp protocol link... If you want people to view something off your desktop.. You will have to set up IIS or Apache or webserver software on your pc.. And then link them up by buying a domain name or using you ip address.
I can help. For the camera scrolling thing - you should make the background move rather than the player. Like this:
