Try Virgin atlantic or British Airways. We booked our flight with Thomas Cook next September and paid a little extra two way upgrade. It was a reasonable price and they still have this offer on. But, you'd have to book the car hire and hotel separate. With Virgin it's cheaper to book the flight and hotel together and then the car hire separate, it works out cheaper this way, than doing a fly drive and then hotel. I think going with Virgin is the cheapest though. Hope this helps and let me how if you need any more help. :-)
