eCommerce terms and conditions agreement form

  • I am looking for a standard agreement form to be used before initiating eCommerce transactions with a supplier, due to the fact that our terms and conditions on the reverse side of our purchase order forms are not transmitted to suppliers when the purchase orders are transmitted electronically. Many companies ask the supplier partners to sign a legal agreement form accepting the terms and conditions during the initial set-up of a supplier trading agreement. I am looking for any "standard legal form" or examples of other company's agreements that could be used to format our agreement for our suppliers to sign one-time, thereby agreeing to the purchase order terms and conditions for future orders.
