i would like some advice on gratitude, visualzation and the overall outlook on food and myself. In the past ive had amazing experience with this and i need some help getting back on track. First off, DO NOT think about what you are doing as "dieting". This is exactly why so many people fail diets when trying to lose weight.
Secondly, DO NOT think about what you are doing as losing weight. Instead do exactly this: Think of your ideal weight. Lets say you are 150 pounds, but you want to be 108, think of being 108 pounds. Keep visualizing that "108" pounds on the scale, and not only that, think of yourself ALREADY being 108 pounds. If you do this properly, results are amazing. Try this frequently (as in everyday) and you will not regret ever doing this. Good luck with the results!! P.S. The three parts of the law of attraction (the Secret) are this:
a. Desire (I REALLY want to be 108 pounds.
b. Belief (I know I can be 108 pounds if I keep using the Secret)
c. Expectation (I EXPECT myself to be 108 pounds by this time)-this part is really important.
