I used a number of different search strings in Google to find these,
including:

I haven't found a great deal of information on crime in Ensenada, nor
where those crimes occurred, but I imagine that some old hands at Baja
travel could probably help you out. One site I found was called The

-- this is a discussion list about Americans moving to Mexico and
there seem to be a lot of knowledgeable people there. I posted a query
there about safe neighborhoods in Ensenada. Keep your eyes peeled to
