If you have kids A great place would be Coral Reef Restaurant. Great food and atmosphere.
If no kids I suggest France It is pricey but you get what you pay for.
Also agree with Mexico food and great place overall.
I would avoid China although they just renovated food is more of the same.

San Angel Inn - Mexico - the atmosphere is amazing, it's like you are dining outside along a river

We just returned from WDW, and as a heads up, I would call their dining line (407-WDW-DINE (939-3463) ) and see what's available, because many restaurants, particularly Akershus (the great buffet in Norway) and also both of the French Restaurants (Chefs de France and Le Bistro) will generally not have availability near the dates you arrive and often refuse to take walk-ins. We loved Akershus, it's pretty authentic Norwegian food (with more Americanized options) and the disney princesses circulate. For a more elegant envirnoment, try Le Bistro (France). The main Italian place is good. We just visited Ocktoberfest Biergarten for the first time last weekend and really enjoyed it. It's buffet style, but excellent food and reasonably priced beer with some authentic cultural German experiences. We have had mixed experiences at Marrakkesh (the restaurant in Morocco), the food and ambiance are fun, somewhat more upscale but with live belly dancers, etc-- however, when we were there 2 years ago, they lost our reservations and made us wait 45 minutes.

The Coral Reef is also more upscale and elegant (in Future Land, not near the Nations, and you dine with views of the Aquarium).
It's been 5 yrs, so lets see...really, really enjoyed Norway...the smorgasbord...Germany, loved it! Knackwurst, with sauerkraut..yum-o.
Plus, its such a warm cozy place...am visiting in 5 days..can't wait to go back to these..
Mexico was also good..We really haven't found anyplace to avoid, have you? Do you recommend Canada?
