got a 97 with 280k...regular maintenance (oil changes, radiator flushes, transmission checks, ect.) I did have the transmission rebuilt, just to be on the safe side and I wanted to beef it up for towing
A buddy of mine has a 99 with 108k and has had 0 problems. Only changed fluids and brakes as needed
With maintenance these trucks will last forever

200,000 easily if you change the oil and flush the radiator properly.
as long as it's well taken care of (oil changes, radiator flushes, plugs, etc.) it'll go a LONG time
