And on saturday I am going to have to take them out to play a soccer game.
Today I tried switching earrings but figured out that the ones that I was trying to put on were too fat and wouldn't fit, so then I tried to put the old ones back in but they would only go halfway, so basically I had to shove it through. I heard a pop so I guess i re-pierced my ear.
But anyway, I was wondering, is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process? I'm going to have to take out my earing for and hour and a half for soccer but right now I can barely take them out for 30 seconds without them closing up... what should i do? thank you :D
It will probably take a little longer to heal up maybe you could try covering them with plasters while you play.
You aren't supposed to take them out. It is best to follow the directions, putting other earrings in could cause an infection or reaction. Also, you want them to heal correctly, one of mine didn't heal right and when I wear earrings with the hook thing on them they always fall out.
Just follow the instructions you were given. Also, I would try to leave them in for the game, don't go to the game, or let them heal and pierce them later when you can take proper care of them.
removing earrings and putting new ones in or even the old ones before they are healed can cause an infection and there is no way to speed up the healing process. either you have to take them out and leave them out (because it isn't good to repierce them right away either) or cover them with a bandaid or something
