There's a scene in Gozu from Miike that will make you rethink having sex for a while. I could tell you about it, but you should just watch and see for yourself.

Best Japanese movies - all time on my list:

Battle Royale I & II - Beat Takeshi is amazing.

The first one basically is about taking a bunch of misfit kids turning them loose on an island with weapons giving them all a certain period of time to kill each other until 1 is standing. They have collars around their necks that will blow their head off it they try to escape. Brilliant films - a must see.
