I think most bridal stores allow you to pay half when you order (or full) and then pay the other half when you go and pick it up. To be really sure, just call your local David's Bridal and ask a sales rep. They can give you the best answer about that stores policy (it could differ state to state and store to store).
I'm not too sure. They usually ask for payment in full. However, you can get a David's Bridal card I believe that will allow you to pay in installments.
