why change you? but i can understand for subtle changes...
i woudnt go with more makeup...maybe try a new color lipstick or blusher...or maybe a slightly shorter hair cut or just a differnt style..but other then that cant really think of any ideas

i disagree with the first person to answer--you have a small frame (judging from your nickname) and you could overwhelm your face if you wear too much makeup.
if you wear makeup, keep it natural and just accentuate your eyes (mascara & curled lashes). it doesn't look like you need foundation or anything!

-highlites
-pick up different styles in clothes
-crimp your hair your face and features would compliment amazingly on that! That would be omg a gorgeous hairstyle on you.
