I know there is something along the lines of Native Costume, but I am more into the traditonal stuff like Western or Huntseat and possibly Saddleseat. I am thinking about doing a Model horse project next year in 4-H and was wondering what kind of model horses I should be looking at. Also, does anyone know where I could find a website with some affordable model horses? (I already know about Breyer)

There are many different classes, try going to a show first so you can get a general idea of what they're like and which class looks like best for you.
When I went to a model horse show for the first time I learned tons, and I wasn't even showing. I got to see all the different classes, and what the competition was like for different classes. I also learned many different techniques for showing, and was given many helpful tips by the people showing there.

If you want cheap model horses, try ebay. There are so many for sale on ebay that they sell for cheap. I have gotten quite a few models off of ebay.
Also try getting model horses from model horse shows. Many people at shows will sell their old models and tack for cheap, and most are in great condition.
