This "Nick Rewind" talk is a now-two-year-old rumor started by two clowns on YouTube who spread this rumor on Yahoo! Answers (claiming to have gotten their "info" from Viacom and posted a couple of phony trailers trying to back it up). There would be a legitimate press release on parent company Viacom's website or a report on TV and movie industry news websites announcing plans for such a channel , not a YouTube clip (the legal fight between Viacom and YT is still going on).
