Assuming that you are a guy...wax first. Yes. Wax. Everything. especially your pits. Bra pads and pantyhose are next. Buy whatever and wear with a wig :D

try finding a dress-knee length with pants underneath
a tight t-shirt
walmart or wet seal(etc.)'s workers will help you.
find COMFORTABLE shoes*i doubt high heels would be comfortable, but give it a try!

You need to purchase or borrow the following items:
clothing:
stockings
skirt and blouse or dress
high heels
wig
bra and tissue, balloons, or other product to fill
makeup:
lipstick
eyeliner
mascara
blush
If you have female friends, you may be able to borrow many of the clothing and makeup items from them to use for the day. Your mother or sister may also have clothes and makeup you can borrow. Any items you cannot find can be purchased from a consignment shop, costume store, or department store near your home.

you can just go to wal-mart and find something cheap...its for one day. You can wear a dress with some pants on under it with jewelry and a wig (they probably will make you take that off too) but
well take your normal close and over them put a skirt on and top i have done this its embarasing but think that it doesnt really matter as its not you. go and have a laugh.
