If two people have intercourse and use a condom, and then a little while later have intercourse again without a condom (with the man not going to the bathroom in between), Is the risk of pregnancy lower (since I'm assuming not as much sperm would be released) or the same?
no, possibly higher.
Anytime you have sex. Protected and unprotected you COULD still get pregnant.
You can definitely still get pregnant. There may not be as many sperm in his semen the 2nd time around - but remember, you only need ONE to get pregnant.
So, I wouldn't necessarily say the risk is higher or lower - if you have unprotected sex, the risk would be the same.
