My group upgraded from a unix server to a windows server (this all through godaddy). Before the upgrade, emails and file uploads from vbulletin worked. After the upgrade to the windows server, emails stopped working and file uploads (sig pics and avatars) no longer worked. Any ideas? I assume it's some simple setting or change that I just do not know about. I've done the diagnostics for email and file upload. I have also set the smtp host and -f option.

Yeah, I expected that comment. Someone else called godaddy, said our forum is running too slow, upgrade us to something faster. Yes, the host was contacted but they have been no help.
