Hey I move to America in July 2009 from England and was wondering how long can someone come out and visit me for please? Thank you
Well welcome to America, my husband is British and came here over a year ago. He misses home badly, but anyway I believe it's 3 months if they are just here visiting. Good luck. Get use to people trying to do a british accent around you, my husband gets that on a daily basis. I believe the maximum for that type of visa is 90 days.
it's six months maximum. my mom goes to the US to visit my uncle and she says she needs to be out of the US within six months or else she'll be filed an illegal alien.
tourist? six months
Citizens of the United Kingdom may travel to the USA for a period of up to 90 days without obtaining a visa.
