Dating someone doesn't make everyone else a horrible person. It's healthy to still enjoy the company of other people, find other people interesting and things like that. However, it is wrong to LIKE-LIKE someone. If your partner isn't enough for you, it's not fair to keep dating them.
That depends on the type of love.... if you still love the one your with try talking to him/her, and if you need to break up tell them you want to stay true, and you might not if you dont end it.
