I have a multiple section mail merge document. The first page is a cover letter with an address that needs to show through a window envelope. The last page is a form with headers/footers. This & That: Mail Merge in "Print Shop" Part 2:: This & That: Mail Merge in "The Print Shop" Part 2 The dotted lines inside the label indicate the margins of the label. The problem I have is that when I do the mail merge, the first record imports fine, but for each succeeding record, the cover letter gets bumped down so that the address will no longer show through the envelope window.
I cannot figure out why it is doing this. The margins do not appear to have changed. I thought that it might be picking something up from the last page of the previous record page, so I added a Continuous Section Break, but it did not seem to help. Any ideas???
Did you get my PM?
:)
Yes. I tried to reply to the PM, but I guess it didn't work.
The problem is that there is a lot of confidential information and it is an 11 page document. When I try to delete some of the middle pages, it "magically" fixes the problem. The hidden carriage return at the top of the 2nd cover letter disappears and everything lines up again. So the "test file" that I would send you wouldn't show the problem.
I thought that maybe the last page is running over, so I tried increasing/decreasing margins and adding/removing section breaks, but it seems to make no difference.
