Are you asking about consumer prices (and then, where - in the US)?
manufacturer prices?
You can find the Forbes list here:

Until I read this, I thought some pills I purchased recently at $3 a
pop were expensive.

By expensive I mean per unit whether it is a tablet, syringe,
teaspoonful etc. by prescription both at pharmacies and other
specialized hospitals. I suspect the lists wouldn't differentiate
between where the consumer was picking it up. And just US prices,
thanks!
By most expensive, do you mean most expensive per pill or per day or
week for a standard dose? Also, are you interested only in drugs that
can be purchased at a pharmacy, or do you also want included very
specialized drugs that might be available only in select hospitals?
Also, are you talking about U.S. prices or the prices in some other
countries? Thanks.
