Guess Outpost is OK on your PC.
it can go as high as 22,600k.then suddenly it will drop to 7,500k or thereabouts. for eg., now it's back to 7,516k or something

On your first screenshot I see that Outpost uses 14,004K.
On my PC after 4 hours I see 9,600K. Didn't notice what mem usage was when I turned PC on...
