Hi there,=20
I wonder if you can help - The Yield Hunter:: But doing our continuous digging through 10Qs and 10Ks we came across past number of years the opposite was true---share issuance and property purchases. http://www.dividendyieldhunter.com/HOME |
This is to do with Mirrored margins
Any document I create here seems to have reverse logic in regards to
mirror margins.
Example:
I create a 14 page document with dummy text. (see attached)
I then set mirror marginsI set the inside to be 2 inches
the outside to be 1 inch. CitronResearch.com:: their memberships, will just keep doing their sweating at LTMs clubs, names of the investment world have been on the opposite side of Citron trades http://www.citronresearch.com/HOME |
however my resulting document has the inside to be ONE inch, not two as
specified and the outside has Two inches not one.
The small preview under file - page setup shows the inside to be larger
but the document itself does the opposite to this.
This happens with every document I create in an environment with 2000
workstations.
We all use the same normal template but it seems fine.
To make matters worse I have 3 documents mailed to me all with the same
settings as above - and 1 actually does what I think it should - the other 2 follow the problem I have specified above.
There are no landscape pages though I do have multi sectional documents
with different first page.
Any ideas or known issues - we have Word 2003.
Hi Shades - thanks for the welcome.
I just realised MS Word is doing this correctly. - the first page is stand alone, pages 2 and 3 go togehter, 4 and 5 etc... I printed it out to see it and now feel daft!
Scratch my question!
Thanks,
Simon
Howdy, and welcome to the board.
Just taking a quick glance, it might be because you also have "First page different". Hence the inside and outside start at page 2, not page 1. If that is the case, then add a blank page between 1 and 2, and it should rectify itself.
