I have 3 licenses that I would like to run on one server with different domain names, 3 different databases, etc. How exactly do I do that?

I have my own server with multiple domain. Several of the domains are running their own vB forum. As Zach said, you just need separate databases. Mailing list archives::

Just install them as usual. There are many shared servers running more than one vB forum.
Create 3 DBs, create 3 virtual host for 3 domains, install each of them...
You dont need 3 copys of mysql, just 3 databases in mysql.
How are the db's going to differenciate themselves? By name? You can't install 3 copies of mysql on 1 win machine. it won't work.
