my 03 yukon wont start it has oil and engine coolent but theres a picture of a car wit a lock connected to it it says its called the theft deterent system and i need to figure out how to disable it but tts turning trying to start but i think the theft system cut the fuel line off so please help i need my car to run 4.0 - Milky tanish oil, overheating, water out exhaust. But coolant mixed with oil will make short work of rod and main bearings. . you need to get it to a dealer.
You need to get your proof of ownership and call your mechanic, and/or car dealer. I doubt they will disable it without your proof of ownership.
As Nathan said the system cannot be disconnected, but before you tow the vehicle to the dealer, try relearning the pass-lock system, you can do it without a scan tool but you must follow these instruction carefully & in sequence.
Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON; the vehicle will not start. Observe the SECURITY telltale; after approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes; the vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK.

This problem needs to be diag at your chevy dealership.it will involve use of tech 2 scanner to reset the system
you can't disable the system, otherwise, thieves would be stealing them left and right. the system is designed to prevent the vehicle from being driven in case of break in. your truck thinks it's being broken into because a sensor is faulty. take it to a chevy or gmc dealer and have the system properly diagnosed.
