On my right foot I want to get either the quote: If nothing ever changed, there'd be no butterflies or The butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough. I like the first one because it's a reminder that change is going to happen no matter what so its better to just embrace it. But I also like the second one because it also reminds you that life is short and you should enjoy every minute of it. I can't decided which I like best.. What do you think? And then on my left photo I want to get these butterflies going up it... http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j31/da... Sorry, it might be really small.
What do you think about this idea in general? And yes I know foot tattoos hurt like a beeyoch. lol
I really like the second one and the butterfly is really pretty so I think you should just get the tattoo!
Good luck finding a tatt parlor that will write that much on your foot. I have a tatt covering the entire top of my right foot that says "veni vedi vici" i came i saw i conquered in latin. . . But it took me a month to find one that would write it. They say foot tatts fade so having that much detail (as in that many words) is a silly idea. . . But really, if it's what you want, go for it and don't stop til you get it, and I think its a very cute idea! =) UrbanBaby - Parenting forums, newborn, toddler, preschool - Talk:: np: i have no idea if this wil work, but i know families that post a list of rules .. I love love love love this idea. It's so super cute. The butterflies are perfect and both quotes are outstanding. If I had to pick, I would pick "The butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough." BUT, let me tell you from experience, foot tattoos hurt! They hurt badly! I have a large sea turtle and flowers on my foot, and I didn't think I was going to make it! :o) But once it was finished, I knew it was worth it. Its my favorite tattoo and I have 4 more since then. Is this your first tattoo? One more piece of advice, make sure its warm enough outside so that you do not have to wear shoes! You don't want anything rubbing your foot. The foot tattoo fades easily.
no offence r neting, but i H8 butterflies..well not so much h8 dem,but im TERRIFIED of dem!! :(:(:(:( dey realli scare me!!:(
but id prob go wit the second quote..its realli pretti!!!
They are both good quotes, but I like the second one best because it flows more. I think it would be a cool tattoo.
idk
sounds cool
i like the second quote best
: )
I personally like the first quote, especially if your opposite foot is going to have butterflies going up it, the two just seem to go together nicely. Good luck!
I like the first quote best.
It's beautiful!
Why don't you get one quote on one foot and the other quote on the other. Then the butterflies can go through your quotes. I like both of the quotes, personally. You can make each tattoo on the feet symmetrical to each other, so it doesn't look odd. Good Luck.
I absolutely adore foot tatoos, they look awesome with flipflops and a matching pedicure. Your ideas sound very inspired, and original. I hate those people who walk into a tatoo parlour and choose a random image off the wall and have it slapped on to their flabby bicep, so well done for putting your persona into this. I love the first quote, it's very humbling. Definitely, wish I had thought of it, though I was thinking you could makybe say instead.. 'If change didn't exist, neither would butterflies. It sounds a lot more literate to be honest. And the butterflies going up are cool, I prefer detailed designs though, maybe you could have the other quote on your wrist with butterflies going up your wrist.. but that may be too much. Haha anway best look, no pain no gain!
I like the first one.
And I love the butterflies!
Seems like you have given this one a lot of thought and it means a lot to you.
I also think the butterflies compliment your quote very well.
Go for it :)
just get it.
remember they are for ever and hurt like heck on your feet when you get them ... If you can live with that go for it
I like the first one best.
