he could have a food allergy take him to the vet for a check up and test s to see what he is allergic to
No need for a vet check. It isn't something that happens a lot. Like some of the others said bile is just from an empty stomach. Try feeding him a little more.
vet check
My 10 month old puppy does this too. She eats and plays, but at times (usually during the night) she throws up bile. There's no food in it. At first I thought maybe she ate something in the yard, so I started to watch her more outside and not just let her out, but what I noticed is she's hungry and I guess it's like humans dry heaving. I started feeding her more and she hasn't thrown up since. If you think it's something more I would take him to the vet. Good luck!
Bile is merely the normal contents of an otherwise empty stomach!
Dogs vomit easily & often. There is no cause for alarm unless it is continuous/frequent/projectile;accompani... by fever, pain, etc.
Dogs aren't human,humans aren't dogs.
My Shih Tzu does this occasionally too. I have taken her to the vet and my vet said it is nothing to be concerned about. I am feeding her good food, and I take excellent care of her. Like another answerer said, it is just an empty stomach. It sometimes is in the morning before breakfast she will throw up..other times it is after she has been running and playing outside and is panting. My vet said as long as it isn't a regular thing, just once and a while, it shouldn't be a problem. If it starts to be an everyday thing then I should bring her back, hopefully with a sample (yuck!). I also noticed it happening this past summer when it was so brutally hot, she would throw up in the middle of the day, but not everyday..and I ended up getting a small window air conditioner for the area where she was during the day when I wasn't home. After I got it, she didn't get sick in the middle of the day. So the heat could also have had something to do with it.
my friend has a **** zu and so its maybe the food your giving him or take him for walks more often or bathe him hope you give me best answer lol i will pray for your dog
It is best to bring him to the vet to get proper treatment. Furthermore, make sure that you feed him with the right kind of food. Hope these topics help, please click on:

well personally id take your puppy to the vets! i know it may seem extreme for what little is being brought up but better safe than sorry and the vet can run tests to see if there are any underlying problems, they made advise a different meat or just give you tips! i know that my parents yorkie had this problem and then started to pass blood in her stools so you cant be to careful!
