I am tryng to get siteground to install vB, but I don't have my usernamer and password. I think I found my username, linsense#?, but not my password.
Where can I find this info?
Do not give your customer number to them, as you can easily do those steps without them. I do not know what password they want, but if it is from accessing vBulletin.com download area, then do not hand that over. Nobody should have know what is your customer number or password, unless Staff here ask for it in support area.
