Under the category open ports it says that there are 4 netbios that look like this: local:XX.XXX.XX.XXX and under Local port its called NETBIOS_SESSION. There are other that are the same except for under local port it says NETBIOS_NS and another called NETBIOS_DGM. But they all have local in front of the address. Are these SUPPOSED to be active? netbios is required for network file and print sharing, amoungst other things, if you do not need that, it should be turned off. please also read 1 , 1 and 1 .
