I am working on a microsoft office document with a colleague of mine. he sent me a document which I have edited and now want to send to him. However, I did alot of editing and the document is full of comments (those blurbs that tell him what changes Ive made). How do I selectively get rid of some of them wuithouth undoing the canges Ive made to the text?

As long as you have track changes on, he will see them if his settings are set to show them. The only way you can be sure to get rid of them forever is to ACCEPT ALL CHANGES, then copy/paste the resulting text into a new document. But the secret is to copy everything except the last paragraph mark (there's lots of things hidden in that last paragraph mark that could potentially corrupt your document).
You might want to check with your colleage before you accept changes. He probably turned that feature on for a reason.
