I have been in US for more than 10 years. I am planning to enroll for
graduate studies in a university near where I live in Oklahoma.
However, they need my official transcripts from colleges I had
attended previously. I have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from
Nagpur University and a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of
Technology at Kharagpur in India.
I could not find any information as to how to get an official
transcript from both these institutions.
Can somebody tell me who I need to contact to get this information?
Right now, I cannot travel to India to get the transcripts. I was
wondering if there is a way to request these online or by regular

University do not seem to work.
I am going to wait a couple of days more to see if I can get more
information on the process of getting the transcripts from Nagpur
University.

I would have had it not said "vc." VC in the context of Indian
universities means the Vice Chacellor which is a position equivalent
to the President of a US University. Unfortunately, in India these
positions are occupied by individuals who would not care to reply to
emails.
