I still get the "UPLOAD OF FILE FAILED" message? I tried several animated and non-animated avatars without any luck?
Maybe it's a setting on my PC that is wrong? I'll keep trying everyday.

I have just tested it under a normal user account and it worked flawlessly. It only displays an error message in case the image is too large in size or dimensions. Let me know if you still face difficulties.

Hi there again Frank, my dear uncle Frank !!! I do long for those early morning (Jpn time), coffee sipping chats with you before I got started in my working day here at the office. Oh how I long for those old gone by chatting days, where all my friends who were there in the room, where just a couple of button pushes away from directly being in front of me, almost.

I've tried an animated GIF that is 64x64 (pixels) and 3.05kb in size, but it doesn't work.
As you can see in my avatar, everything works fine if it's not animated (100 x 100 / 1.3 kb)

I'll get enough money after Xmas to build a new PC. My Sony laptop comes with a docking station the basically lets you turn it into a tower like desktop. I now have my old keyboard and a mouse hooked up so it's less like a laptop and more like my old desktop. Maybe if I win the lottery, I can build the system I want, LOL.

Just checked all settings. You should be ready to go. Btw, the size is restricted to 48kB (50000 bytes).

It seems that animated avatars can be uploaded again. Please let me know if there are any problems.
I'm glad to be back, but can't load in my avatars? And the "Horrible" VB3 chat is gone, but no replacement? I loved the old chat where we could make it the size of the whole screen to read it easier, and it had neat sound effects. Hope the new chat is "coming soon" !
