Spend lots of time buying/finding/trading for/cloning Pokemon holding those items (the Emerald cloning glitch is safer and easier than the D/P one, as the D/P one requires the GTS). You can buy 99 items or keep walking in amity par and keep talking to your pokemon. Or have a friend trade you a pokemon holding an item..
