I could use some help here. I just got OOL / Boost w/ an advertised speed of 30Mb/2Mb. I can only get half of that w/ OutPost running. With it off I get
26Mb/1.5Mb.
Any suggestions?

There are several possibilities: Outpost, like any other firewall, uses CPU to process network traffic. It may be your system is maxing out on CPU preventing Outpost from handling higher traffic volumes - see 1 for possible solutions if this is the case. OOL may involve the use of certain types of traffic (ICMP specifically) which may be being blocked. Check Outpost's Blocked logs (ignore anything referring to DNS since this is the DNS Cache operating normally). I don't know the specifics of OOL but if it involves running any special software on your PC then it may have similar requirements to software like CfosSpeed (http://outpostfirewall.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13606).
