I'm using the PagingToolBar as well as some additional filters (filtering serverside, not clientside).
Using the pagingtoolbar, for example, on first load, the grid may have 1000 records, display 20 records per page, and therefore have 50 pages.
If I for example, navigate to page 40, then apply a filter, hit "Refresh" and it now only returns 200 records, there are now only 4 pages.
However, the PTB is still at page 40 and gets a little confused.
