i shower
towel my hair so it's not dripping and soaking wet
put one pump [like it says] in my hand
rub hands together
comb hands all through my hair
it smells AMAZING but i dont see a difference or feel a difference either. and my hair isnt super frizzy. it's straight thick hair.

am i not doing it right? well actually i guess this product protects your hair from heat but is there a product for ULTIMATE SOFT AND SHINY hair?????? thanks!
ok i use these products in my salon but i use them differently.
i do what you do but after i dry my hair and straighten it i put a little bit of serum on my hands and put my hand through my hair and thats how i get the shine.
Skinny serum works on most hair types but if you want a shiny look why don't you try Paul mitchell "The Shine". It is a product you use after the hair is dry. This way you can have that shine you are looking for and it works as a heat protectant for flat irons.
