what about just cutting him a check for a down payment on a house or to use on his honeymoon? I know I'd appreciate that! lol

I think sending them on a great honeymoon would be very nice! Ask your brother which he would prefer, an all expense paid honeymoon of a lifetime or a down-payment on a house.
That is an incredible budget - lucky brother! I would pay for their honeymoon and give them a down payment on a new home.
