I have a question about my period.... When I start my period it is pretty heavy, with cramps for the first day and sometimes the second. But by the second night there's barely anything and it stays like that till the end. It last around 6-7 days. It that normal?! I'm trying to conceive and I want to make sure that isn't abnormal.
The fact that you're having your period is good news and usually means everything is working as it should be :-) If you have any queries, it's always good to ask a professional but from what you have described, you sound a lot like me in terms of the pattern of your period.
Many women will have cramping for a couple of days either at the start or end of the bleeding. Sometimes if your cycles are a little on the longer side (30+ days) you can bleed for longer on your period (up to a week). Some women only see 2-4 days of this, it's all quite variable and dependant on the individual.
Try not to worry unless you have reason to :-) From what you've said, you seem to be all good to go! Good luck ***

Its perfectly normal, besides everyones periods are different so you have to go on whats normal for you.
If you are having periods. Then it's normal. It's when your periods are irregular that could cause problems. Unless you've just given birth and breastfeeding. . . then your cycles may appear to be irregular without the periods, but you can still get pregnant.
Yep, that is totally normal.
All woman are different. My period was usually only for 3 days max, and I only had cramping and pain the 1st day. It was fairly light.
It is good that you are having your period. When TTC, that is better than not having a period at all. Its easier to track ovulation.
Good luck!
